Her long and rich career is flavoured with wide range of academic, social and creative activities. She has successfully worked in the field of mass media communication and won awards, too. With outstanding leadership qualities and excellent communication skills, she has contributed to various programmes organized by Manthan, Doordarshan, IIM-A, NGOs and other social forums. She has long been associated with Manthan and has mastered the techniques of testing and counseling. With such a vast experience, she has guided a large number of students to build their career.
Dr. Dave is actively associated with Manthan as a psychologist and plays a vital role in psychological testing and counselling. She is having a brilliant academic career. Having graduated from St. Xaviers College, she obtained her Masters in Clinical Psychology with a high rank. Then she earned her Mphil with distinction. She was awarded the degree of PhD for her outstanding research work. Her interests range from psychometric to human behaviour and counselling. With a flair for research, she has a couple of research papers to her credit. She is also a visiting faculty for the PG classes at a renowned institute. She contributes significantly to the programmes organized by Manthan, at the prestigious institute – Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA).
Ms. Shivani is a Clinical Psychologist by profession and her key role at Manthan comprises of counseling and psychometric testing. She has graduated with major in Psychology from L.D. Arts College and pursued P.G. in Clinical Psychology from University School of Psychology, Gujarat University. Her training in psychological testing and counseling boosts her career profile. Her long career consists of working as a Psychologist under renowned psychiatrists and wellness centres. She was a guest lecturer at Gujarat University and taught PGDC students about the practical aspect of counseling. At present she is associated with an eminent institution as a School Counselor. Her area of work also resides in teaching psychology subject to senior secondary students.
